To whomever is reading this, hello and welcome to an inside view of an extended version of me.

I consider myself very lucky in regards to my position in this world. Growing up strong in my faith with a natural connection to the land, I feel like my purpose in this life is to make sure we’re all living in the now: in hope of inspiring others to touch grass and listen to good music.

Movement has acted as my most effective medicine.

Now, in my thirties, it has been pretty incredible to choose more wisely. Although life moves quickly here in Southern California, it’s nice to intentionally take my time through certain moments.

I am but a spec of dust in this vast universe, but in my time here, I hope that this little website can help one, or maybe millions to embrace every beautiful change in every season.
